Process

Once we have received your preliminary plans and have reviewed them, we have a discussion with you to help bring your vision to life. During this meeting, we will address any questions or concerns, ensuring we find the most cost-effective and efficient approach for your project.
If needed, we are more than happy to connect you with a draftsperson/architect and engineer that has extensive knowledge and experience with light gauge steel construction.

If you are happy to move forward, we then create a detailed 3 D model using advanced CAD software. This allows us to provide an accurate estimate for your project. We use cutting-edge engineering and wind calculation software to ensure fully engineered code compliant designs specific to your site. This can then be submitted to your engineer for review, saving you a significant portion of the engineering costs.

Once the engineer issues the PS1 and you have received council consent, our experienced team will assemble the steel frames and trusses at our factory ready for delivery.

We deliver your frames and trusses to any building site and provide you or your builder with detailed drawings, clearly indicating where each frame should be placed, making installation a quick and easy process.

Whether it’s your first time or you’ve worked with steel before, our experienced team is here to support you every step of the way providing you and your builder with any technical information you require. Additionally, we can supply the required fixings, ensuring a smooth and efficient installation on-site.
